Real estate has always been part of her life. Growing up around development, including commercial projects and spec homes through her dad, gave her early exposure to the building side of the business and helped shape the way she approaches deals, opportunity, and potential.
Since then, she has been actively buying, selling, renovating, and investing, giving her a hands on understanding of real estate from every angle. Over the past eight years, she has been involved in hundreds of transactions totaling over $100M in sales.
As a mom of three, Bristol built her business with a strong work ethic and a clear sense of priorities. She is known for being direct, creative, and solution oriented, and for helping clients spot opportunities, save money, and make smart, strategic decisions, whether it is a home, investment property, or development project.
Her business is almost entirely referral based, and she treats it that way. Bristol focuses on long term relationships, not one time deals. She believes in being honest, doing the right thing, and showing up for her clients every time. Her faith is a big part of how she runs her business and works with people.
